Update-Update: Found the culprit. The mod "Immersive Elf names" conflicts with this and the original Sceolan. Removing it gave him back his name in both Vortex and ME campaigns.

This fix does not touch any text whatsoever, but the original mod had his name appearing properly for me - however, it's possible there's something odd with the vortex campaign, or another mod intersecting with this. Is it just Vortex where this is happening, or is it broken in Mortal Empires too?

Is he not supposed to have a nameplate? I'm playing a Sisters of Twilight Vortex campaign and he doesn't have a name on the campaign map or the Offices panel.
