Looks like Azalea Gardens in Shreveport, LA. Very well done

What map are you using?

really nice, but some of the driveways are floating.

Great first asset. Thank you for sharing.

Is there any way you could create complete sets with L1-5 for each size of plot you use? For those of us who use Building Themes finding completed sets is a real challenge.

The perfect solution would be for each house to be improved at each level... better garden, extension into the loft, extension into the garden etc.

@Playerguy11 Those are part of Hockenheim95's Big Roads Series, specifically the 2 lane suburban road.

What are those roads that you are using in the screen shots, with the nice sidewalks?

First Upload? Nice Job!

@algernon Admittedly the LODs are rough, I wanted to get the main model out for quality assurance. I'm still working out LOD kinks with my workflow but that will get updated soon. Appreciate the feedback!

Nice, and always good to see more suburban homes that aren't ridiculously over-saturated (like the vanilla ones, and many on the workshop)! The models are nice (without being excessive on tri count), and colors and saturation levels are well-balanced and look good in-game (especially when using modded lighting).

However, there is one issue: the LOD textures are a bit... unfortunate. The single-story version is poor, especially for the triangle count of the LOD - for that tri count you need better-quality LOD textures (and if you're baking LOD textures, try simplifying the LOD model and reducing tri count to get a better end result - sub-100 would probably be a good target).

The two-story model LOD textures are completely off - even the color is very different from the base model.

Also, since the asset names don't match the workshop title (in any way at all!), you really should include the correct names to seach for in Find It in your description.

@grockefeller it could be your lighting settings. I did a fair amount of testing with classic daylight mod and Realistic LUT to get the colors and contrast as you see in the pics. Ill do a bit further testing to make sure there's no issues on my end though

They appear very dark in my game. Don't know if it's my config or a general problem.

These are great. Many thanks. Please consider using these decals to extend driveway to road.
