if you use weak and unfit youll have 0 strength and fitness but if you dont youll have 2 fitness 3 strength, you start of with 5 strength and fitness on the other characters

Very disbalanced, you can use it with weak and unfit (you will have 0 strength and fitness anyway) and its basically free points this way
