So, I would just like to ask a question. By any chance is there a way to modify the code to allow the playable aliens from the following mods to be recruited?

Though apparently it won't register that you can interrogate that captive, i imagine it'll fix itself after completing a mission though, cant find out right now. But it does show that captive exists.

Nevermind I figured it out.

Additem {insert id of captive you want} in console

you can find the captive ID's in
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\268500\2643632661\Config
in the XcomInterogationAndRecruitment.ini config file theres a list of capture rewards, they look like InR_Captive_AdventTrooper

So i had the double agent order and extracted with a double agent captain, but since it wasn't technically capture i wasn't given him, is there some way to just cheat a captive into existance?

@tangqikong If you interrogate, they do not become a soldier. You need to Convert them using the 'ADVENT [Insert Unit Here] Conversion' or '[Insert Alien Here] Conversion'. If you do not do this, they will 'Die' and you will lose them.

Has anyone gotten this to work fully?

I built the facility but cannot get enemies captured (other than MOCX), I can’t get them to bleed out, no option to KO them even when stunned with an arc blaster, etc.

Haven’t been able to mind control several at the end of the fight, I do need to try that.

Also, MOCX can be captured for me only on missions that get extracted by skyranger; missions that just “end” don’t lead to captures even when I’m carrying the unconscious bodies.

Any advice or tips are appreciated.

In the LWOTC game, the prisoner was successfully interrogated, but the prisoner did not appear in the soldier library, how to solve it?

I figured it out, it's a conflict with Viper King Squadmate that makes the facility not show up, which is weird considering that mod requires this one to work.

@Haless apparently the mod adds a subdue option to all your soldiers. How did you build the room? It doesn't show up as an option for me.

I don't seem to have the facility available? Does it have to be unlocked through research? Is it not showing up cuz I already did all the early game research before adding the mod?

What the hell are 'various means'? I have the Viper King knocked out (Using an appropriate mod), and four guys all around his body, yet no option to pick him up for anything.

@LarsLuron are the corpses modded advent? only seems to work with base advent for me, i could be wrong

Been having an issue where Advent troops aren't being taken alive for whatever reason. I've tried both extracting them manually an using the Fulton mod, but at the end of the mission it just says I have corpses instead of captives. This includes specialized units like shieldbearers, stun lancers, and priests. Alien units like andromedons and mutons are still working just fine.

Dunno if solved, surely first you have to build it, ofc. you can already capture aliens before that they are simply listed as incarnated under Inventory, just take an look. so to the capture :

I use this one, together/with/or Fulton Harness. works like an Charme. Just READ THE MOD DESCRIPTION.no, really, there is an whole Description how to add Aliens which are not already covered for dummies on the Double.

...how do you capture enemies? Unconscious enemies just lay in place until the mission ends, and they do not appear in my captive inventory. I don't get any option that I can see to pick them up or anything.

Would it be possible to update the mod description to give more information on how to capture things rather than "via various means!". I know there are a few mods which grant abilities to knock aliens unconscious (e.g. Nonlethal combat https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2678005253) which would work, but it would be handy to note in the description that the mod actually grants an ability to all soldiers to knockout stunned & panicked enemies by its-self.

I wish this mod would allow you to interrogate the captives you get on the 'kill or capture advent VIP" missions. That mission always lacked a real 'ending'.

So, I've noticed a problem with this mod.

The problem is, mind control is automatically lost at the end of a mission if the team is *extracted" where if we're doing an mission without an extraction point(it automatically ends), then they are added into the thing.

I recommend updating this mod that it deals with that.

You can still play that mod with lwotc no problem , the vipers gonna learn the same base class from lwotc , only detail be that any ennemy viper type capture are all turn into regular viper , you can still change the skin manually.

Umm no está bueno digan que el mod está abandonado menos que el creador no está activo , pueden ver sigue creando otros mods y este es un sub mod para que otros creen sus mods , el que no puede reclutar viboras debe buscar el sub mod que diseño Mr Danger Dude .
