I pretty much made this mod in an hour or two, I can't see myself working too much on this one, But if anyone wants to expand it they are welcome to.

Try messing with ( player_death_express_flex_scale_max ) and ( player_death_express_flex_scale_min ) console values to see if you can get some less spazzy flexes as it might just be the default values are too high for that model.
If you guys are wondering why the faces are soo random, Its because if i made a happy face for kleiner say, The face may appear distorted on breen for example, Since their flex posers are different.
I just have this thing about once i title a mod, I.e NPC expressions mod, I don't usually change it, So people don't get confused later.
So thats basically why i make multiple mods. :)
