Probably still works with 1.4 tbh. Don't think biotech touched gender much. Gave me one error but seems to work so far.

Incompatible with Misc. Robots++ as well. Crafter bots will not craft anything that requires skill, they just get stuck in an infinite loop in front of the workbench.

By looking at the comments, I'd say it's probably incompatible with any mod that adds pawns who cannot gain skill, such as Android Tiers, Misc Robots, Paniel, etc.

This mod seems abandoned.

this mod is conflict with android tier, just fyi. It tries to apply the gender rules on the android even though they do not have ideology nor gender.

There seems to be the same conflict with pawnmorpher. My animal pawns keep trying to have fun and then stop themselves

Seems I'm getting a conflict with android tiers + Gynoids reborn. Androids will not do most work and end up just "standing" near the job.

This mod won't affect any current ideoligions without the use of dev mode cheats/edits. Using dev mode you add add in the added memes and precepts should you like. All settings remain vanilla until you yourself make a settings change in the mod config menu.

Hey, just want to let you know that this mod is not compatible with my Zombieland mod (map gets completely gray). Most likely a result of your patches or non-defensive use of pawn properties (zombies are lightweight and don’t have all the props a normal human has to save memory and cpu).

Could you maybe consider adding gendered precepts for slavery based on the supremacy memes?
Feels like for example a female supremacy colony might only allow men to be enslaved and vice versa.

@Lesbian Robot, I've been trying to figure out how to handle raiding that isn't just a direct port of the sex matters feature. I think it definitely should be linked to ideoligion. Thanks for the suggestion.

That is sort of possible with the Sex Matters mod... not sure if the settings let you do that here in GSE. Sex Matters has a raid gender slider to restrict women from appearing in raids by a percentile. Here's a link to it and you're looking for the mod setting(s) for Sex Matters:

i was wondering if it would be possible to add exclusivity (or near-exclusivity) on raids. like, if an ideoligion thinks women shouldn't carry ranged *or* melee weapons, they probably shouldn't show up on raids except maybe as like, medics?

It is 100% compatible in my testing. As of now the mod devs of either mod would have to go out of their way to force any degree of incompatibility. There isn't much reason to expect any incompatibility as of now unless CE or extra races are involved; so in other words they work fine together unless something else go wrong.

After using this mod for awhile it is very much what I wanted the Gender Supremacy meme's to be like. This is what the "Sex Matters" mod should have been. Thank you for making this!

I think what he means is some dynamic "[Leader] gender supremacy."
Meaning if the leader is female, women are the supreme gender. If the leader becomes male (for example due to VEF-Ideology-shenanigans where better fighters/crafters become leaders), then men are the supreme gender.

Just posted a small patch to add support for ungendered in the settings (no ideology features yet) and to make sure skill UI tooltips reflect the ideology's impact on learn rate.

@arendjvr, adding midgame will work but you have to add the precepts somehow, so without dev mode only for fluid ideoligions. The gender specific hediffs won't get added for existing pawns so the gender wide settings would only apply to new pawns but you could use character editor to fix that too.

When I saw sex matters I was expecting this, then I got frustrated over it. Some time later we get actual gender roles compatible with ideology, this is cool! Now I can make my orthodox empire and my femboy colony O.o

@Badass Trans Knight, appreciate the suggestion, my head canon is that the effects are a result of social pressure, and so the effect might be better to be based on how many other pawns hold the same views instead. Something for me to ponder.

It may make sense to make it so that effects are reduced for pawns with low certainty; these kinds of differences are based solely in indoctrination after all, so a person that is less indoctrinated would logically be less affected.

Like a race trancends the supremacy because they are superior even if they are the gender that is repressed
