If you want to do it yourself, go to
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\1158310\2645043901\gfx\interface
there you find the Pictures in several folders and you can replace them by simply overwriting them - keep the File Name and they must have that size and dds format.

Ok, we are now, mostly, back to the old system. I think this whole AI Issue was the Reason why it was so in the first place.
So, you have to take the decision, and with it only your culture you currently have will get the MAA, no other, Greek or Romane, only yours.
If you wish you could of course switch once the Game has started to another char and do the dscision again, giving it to every culture you want.

I am in with Richard, make it exclusive for Greek and Roman so you can stop the AI from overstepping with the Maa

Looking into the report of 关注朝天椒喵,谢谢喵 it seems that the AI was so impressed by the Preatoriani Unit that it only wanted to recruit this one and no other! But, maybe because of the hefty price of 1500 Gold it could affort none - resulting in Zero Man at Arms for all rulers...
After some experimenting I had to reduce the Values of that Unit by a lot!
It is now much more in Line with Standard Units, I'm afraid.
And I noticed that the Tribe-Rulers liked the Fieldartillery Unit, I suppose because they could not get there dirty Hands to any other Siege-Weapon, that I simply took that Unit out for now.

ALL Units are there for everybody right from the Start! No more Decision! BUT the AI should not use them because I gave them an Ai Value of -750 ;)

Looks like its no longer working with the new update, nothing happens when taking the decision and the Innovation no longer appear for the Roman and Greek culture

What exactly do you mean by Phalanx? I'm quit sure that my Mod does not add a Unit Type called Phalanx.
After all, a Phalanx is a Unit Formation, not a Unit Type.

So, i don`t know why, but no MAA appeared. I have a decision, but unfortunately no MAA.
Should It work with tribal goverment? Or I should research some cultural innovation firstly?

I suppose they must edit the "common\holdings\00_holdings.txt" File to get it to work, that was at leat the Problem in Roman Invicta.

I don't think that you can define the number of Units. There is only a definition of max_regiments, maybe you experiment with that.
Go to:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\1158310\2645043901\common\men_at_arms_types\

There is only one txt file in it, open it with eg Notepad and scroll down, near the bottom is the definition for praetorian2.

Here you can change everything how you like it, it should be self explaning .
The part that limits how much you get is "max_sub_regiments = 1", you could experiment with that number, save the file and start CK3 new.

OK, I uploaded a new Version.
As the Player you can give now by the decision the Innovation - regardless of your Culture (when you take it, the Romans and Greeks will get it at once too).

I have the latets version of Fallen Eagle.
For the purity of the experiment would be good to restart with updated file and form the culture again.
Now I have neither innovation nor decision.

After thinking about the whole case: Do you have the Cultura-Innovation?
Because at the End the MaA are bound to that Innovation and the Innovation open up for the mentioned cultures. But I think, not 100% sure, if you make a Hyprid Culture this Innovation should transfer over to the new one.
