I still love this ship it is a great starter.

One suggestion for saved BPs:

Replace one of the connectors with a connector junction thus making it easier to connect it to the base thus allowing for hydrogen fueling whole the rest of the ship is being constructed.

I have modified the BP thus for my person use. I have replaced the gattling turrets with custom 6 gattling gun turrrets. I took out the jump drive and put in a few more bits and bobs. I added a top side custom turret with 6 assault cannons. I am using the build and repair and drill and fill mods.

@Major Jon- Hey I was thinking of modifying this a bit and giving it some sharper teeth, like cannons, landing plates, and a recolor. Then seeing if I can make this into a respawn ship for my DS. The server I'm building is very 'wild west' in space and even new players will need an edge to survive. I'll make sure you get the credit reference link to this page in the description.

Fine little early game ship for scouting out ore and getting some back to base fast. I've used it now to take down a couple of lightly armed land bases. I am going to build a module for the front connector so I can deconstruct those land bases.

I tested this in creative and it flies really well there. I am going to take out the beacon and replce it with a build and repair mod. Then take out the refinery and replace it with a small cargo and projector.

I tested in against the pirate base on the starter earth scenario and it did pretty good took at the Gatling and took a missile hit lost left side landing gear and several other blocks but didn't lose any thrusters. I suspect it is agile enough to take out the missile turret also.

I only plan to use it for scout for ore. I just wanted to make sure it would not drop like a rick after the first hit. If I can fit a nanobot drill without altering its looks I might do that also.

dude i absolutely love this ship, currently using it on a keen official, will a 15k-20k pcu medium ship be coming some day? something one could use as a mobile base?
