it should work with Profession based Access Cards he even states so in the description

if you wanted to make your own mod with your cards you wanted yes but ingame without moddding no and I dont think its currently possible to do so

hexagoros just updated it because I also forgot to remove minleveldifficulty so it wasint being sold at the starting outposts now it should be sold at every single outpost
