No, that's not possible. Limbs are not clothing items, and limbs do not provide any fields for enabling weather resistance.

can you edit this so skeleton limbs will give you acid resist? i not I will try to learn modding only for that

A patch for UWE yes please. I have a mod that adds stats to clothes but it's not compatible with UWE so its hard to juggle in between.
