But they don't work well, in fact the last excuse I heard for using such colors is that they "didn't want to copy demonflame/darkblaze effects" as if these colors aren't copying Lavender Landfall and Special Snowfall.


These colors don't naturally look well, they look unfitting for the effect's cold nature. To give off a cold look, blue must be present in any color used, such as the aforementioned mint & lavender colors.

try making an effect, and have variants that are different from each other, not everything suits everything. Thats why these colours are so common as they naturally work well

ANOTHER Snowflake effect utelizing pink & yellow? This is the third effect in a row to have done so and we already have an in-game effect with snowflakes that utelizes such obnoxious colors.

How about something more subtle that actually suits the cold-theme, you know, colors that actually have blue mixed in them such as lavender & mint? Pink is not a cold color, neither is Yellow.
