You can do it by adding commands to the script
Being specific, with these commands:

c_thirdpersonshoulderaimdist 720
c_thirdpersonshoulderoffset 0

This is more of a try and fail type so.
Play with the commands :)
(Or you can also just add them to your autoexec)
It does work pretty neat as is but I play some other games where my 3rd person man on screen is more off centre.
