Is there a way remove the passive and active collectables of this mod? I love the reflections mechanic and the glass card but I want only those.

so the lost is immune to damage from touching reflected items, but you will still lose your holy mantle...... which is fine, except for when you are tainted lost.....

Without going into the config you can break the mirror in downpour (can blow it up after completing the mirror world) or find a mirror trinket which adds 1%

could you compile all your "collection" mods into a... well, collection of collection mods? i'm trying to lower my mod count (due to the modding API being held together by tape) and have no idea how to combine mods, as there's no concise guide out there to doing so.
if you don't want to, or don't know how to, then you don't have to. i'm just asking to ask.

Flies
Attack Flies
Ring Flies
Moters
Eternal Flies
Dart Flies
Swarm Flies
Hush Flies
Army Flies
Willo Flies
Pooters, and Super Pooters

My bad, when I said minions I specifically meant ones such as Pretty Fly, Psy Fly, Distant Admirer, etc. They all will instant-kill most fly enemies including eternal flies, however Willo does not seem to abide by this rule despite being a fly familiar (Yes I did just remember the proper name for it lol, sorry)

Melatonin Gummy Bear I did a little bit of testing [i.imgur.com] and everything seems to be working correctly on my side. Do you maybe have a little bit of extra info on the issue (what kind of enemies are affected, etc…)?

Iris Heart This issue should have been fixed on the update that was released on 4 Sep . So maybe you were still playing on an older version when you reported the issue? If you're still experiencing this issue then i'll be able to look into it if you share a little more info on it (exact error message, etc...)

Very very minor "bug" i ran into (if you can call it that)
Every fly minion in the game that is controlled by Isaac has the unique property of instantly killing any other fly enemy it touches (excluding bosses) but the firefly minions uniquely do not share this behavior
Like I said, VERY minor but I thought it would be interesting enough to mention.

this mod throws lotsa errors for me and prevents some fireplaces from being extinguished
the error is in scripts/content/entities/reflections.lua:133: attempt to call a nil value (method 'GetData')

I have 42 content mods enabled, including big ones like Fiend Folio so getting some of your items every run and not getting others at all was unnerving to say the least.

That said it has gotten way better so I believe that it could have just been some bug, maybe caused by poor synergy with another mod. Kudos to you for taking notice.

Wietecha Well since the Isaac modding API doesn't have any features to do this easily it'd be a pretty huge amount of work to implement. So maybe in the (very far) future i could consider adding a feature like it but for now the anwser is no since i don't really have the time (i'm barely keeping up with bug reports :slimescared:)

But all collections together add around 65 items so them being pretty common shouldn't be wierd since around ~9% of items in the game would be from these mods. So running into the commonly is to be expected.

(Also in the next update haunted rose is going to be removed from the secret room pool so it should be ever so slightly less common now)

Is there a way to easily reduce the chance of your modded items appearing (for all of your collections)? While all the added items seem cool, I've had trouble with some of them appearing in almost every run despite me having a ton of other content mods, uncluding fiend folio.

I've had haunted rose and rotten gutt in 3 consecutive runs and an item from another collection appeared twice on the same floor. I could really use a config option forr your mods.

Now that I think about it items that activate on damage like gimpy work well with reflected items especially if you have a mod that adds in double soul hearts.

Any chance we could get a config option that's a sort of middle ground for natural spawning reflections?
The option being having natural spawns be off, but if you blow up the mirror in downpour/dross it enables natural spawning reflections. This way you can naturally decide within runs if you want reflections by blowing up the mirror, cause with some characters it's more harsh having reflections than others

tbh I don't think reflected pickups are worth it unless of course it's a good reflected item from a pedestal like Lunch. Though I suppose getting 2 soul hearts for the price of a red heart is decent enough since you can fill the red container back up and still keep those soul hearts - even though it's only a 1 heart net gain.

This mod and the rotten collection causes the game to crash when trying to restart a run after dying. Confirmed with multiple attempts all caused crashes. I can restart smootly without crash disabling these 2 mods.

Badsy the Edgecat I reworked this a little since i didn't like how reflections were being handled for lost/holy mantle.

- Reflected pickups now always break holy mantles.
- Reflected pickups cannot kill "Lost" players but will now apply non-killing damage upon pickup.
- While in "Lost form" players will lose their normal health from picking up reflections, However they cannot die from this damage.

yuqingzhitian The inconsistent enemy targeting is actually intentional to make the familiar a little more chaotic. But i might change that in the fututre... :um_coffee: But i'll continue to keep an eye out for the bug you mentioned!

@Preyn I just tested some of the familiars, both the original game and some other mods, and I didn't encounter the issue I mentioned yesterday. which was so weird. It might be that there is a special trigger condition for this bug, or it might also be that one of the items I'm holding had this effect and I just didn't notice it, so I hope you can test it if you have time to see if the issue really exists. However, I found a new issue in my testing: Willo's targets were inconsistent if there were multiple enemies in the room.

Badsy the Edgecat No particular reason. I just felt that it would be a nice fit. Since the pool also contains some other trash-like items such as rotten foods, crooked penny, etc...

yuqingzhitian Sounds like a bug! Do you know what familiars were affected? (And perhaps other mods that were on at the same time since i haven't been able re-create the issue as of yet)

Zical I assume that you're talking about Whirling leech and Haunted rose?

I've intentionally kept them available for (T.)Lost since they have other passive effects. They're not necessarily good but it's still in-line with how the vanilla items are assigned.

Jazerus 3 Soul heart deals will now split into two deals of the same price!

I sadly enough can't split the price into one or two soul hearts since those devil deal prices don't exist in the game but this is the next best thing i suppose!

There's a bug with reflected devil deal items when you are a character that can't hold red hearts (e.g. blue baby) and have a bone heart. Reflected deals will initially have their price given in soul hearts, but when you touch the item and it splits in two, the price is given in red bone hearts, which you can't pay.
