Without going into the config you can break the mirror in downpour (can blow it up after completing the mirror world) or find a mirror trinket which adds 1%
if you don't want to, or don't know how to, then you don't have to. i'm just asking to ask.
Update: The item has been tweaked/buffed and should behave like expected now!

Iris Heart This issue should have been fixed on the update that was released on 4 Sep . So maybe you were still playing on an older version when you reported the issue? If you're still experiencing this issue then i'll be able to look into it if you share a little more info on it (exact error message, etc...)
Every fly minion in the game that is controlled by Isaac has the unique property of instantly killing any other fly enemy it touches (excluding bosses) but the firefly minions uniquely do not share this behavior
Like I said, VERY minor but I thought it would be interesting enough to mention.
the error is in scripts/content/entities/reflections.lua:133: attempt to call a nil value (method 'GetData')
That said it has gotten way better so I believe that it could have just been some bug, maybe caused by poor synergy with another mod. Kudos to you for taking notice.
But all collections together add around 65 items so them being pretty common shouldn't be wierd since around ~9% of items in the game would be from these mods. So running into the commonly is to be expected.
(Also in the next update haunted rose is going to be removed from the secret room pool so it should be ever so slightly less common now)
I've had haunted rose and rotten gutt in 3 consecutive runs and an item from another collection appeared twice on the same floor. I could really use a config option forr your mods.
The option being having natural spawns be off, but if you blow up the mirror in downpour/dross it enables natural spawning reflections. This way you can naturally decide within runs if you want reflections by blowing up the mirror, cause with some characters it's more harsh having reflections than others
- Reflected pickups now always break holy mantles.
- Reflected pickups cannot kill "Lost" players but will now apply non-killing damage upon pickup.
- While in "Lost form" players will lose their normal health from picking up reflections, However they cannot die from this damage.
yuqingzhitian Sounds like a bug! Do you know what familiars were affected? (And perhaps other mods that were on at the same time since i haven't been able re-create the issue as of yet)
I've intentionally kept them available for (T.)Lost since they have other passive effects. They're not necessarily good but it's still in-line with how the vanilla items are assigned.
I sadly enough can't split the price into one or two soul hearts since those devil deal prices don't exist in the game but this is the next best thing i suppose!
