Yes, the decisions are model on the "Unite West/South Slavs" decisions. I used the same AI code as those decisions with the same weight values for deciding to do them.

If anyone wants to add another localization for any of my mods, they can either send me the files specifying which to update or have permission to make their own version. I can also try using a translator program to get the basics working for it.
