@gamer_fr3d the mod has configurations for a reason, if it's too fast (which i agree, it is) by default, just change it to your liking
TotallyNotAFurry 21 Dec, 2024 @ 12:24pm
Do you plan to update to build 42?
GAMER_FR3D 29 May, 2023 @ 9:05pm
Oof, I'm all in for getting the same amount of xp you would normally get if the game gave you it's normal amount everytime it should instead of rolling dice, but with this mod installed paired with my usual build that starts with 3 level in nimble, I litterally got to level 9 in 4 days in game... I think anybody would think this is a little too op ^^"

@Misha_CreutzFelt
If it is for an Existing Server then you can't change the mods without breaking it from my limited knowledge of how this game works. I only really play Single Player consistently.

@issacthompson330
When I do this, it crashes cuz it says the file doesnt match on server
issacthompson330 30 Jan, 2023 @ 12:51am
And if you can't find the mod folder just open the Mod Directory in game, click on the mod, and look to the bottom right of the screen

Great mod. I hate the idea of grinding for a stat as important as this in such an unreliable way.
That said, for those who have issue like myself with the exp multiplier available, if you are willing to go though the code yourself you can change it easy.

How?
Step 1
Find the mods folder > Standardized Nimble XP > media > lua
Step 2
Open all the lua files in the folders
Step 3
On the Server File go to line 28 and add the value to the array by typing the number and a , you want just after the {
Step 4
This one is more complicated but still simple to anyone who knows any programming
On the shared File copy line 26 and edit the new line 27 so the [] contain a 7 and the "" contain the value you used before.

Hope this helps for those who think the lowest is too fast and can't wait for the creator of the mod to change it.
brody!!! 21 Dec, 2022 @ 11:08am
because you get nimble to slow
Blank 15 Dec, 2022 @ 12:21pm
yeah please add a x1 XP multiplier choice
Fat K 5 Nov, 2022 @ 2:33pm
Why isn't there an option for 1x XP multiplier with this one like with the others? The lowest I can set it to is 5x.
Doomstrike53 18 Oct, 2022 @ 10:23pm
Fantastic mod. A small request: could we get an option for just standard 1x XP multiplier? Paired with a small delay like 250 I could get a small trickle of XP every time I combat walked even for just a tiny bit without being too much. My current character also has a nimble XP bonus so 5x feels a bit much, but I love not dealing with RNG and having a small delay.
Dioury 15 Oct, 2022 @ 8:18pm
Thanks! I can finally level up nimble without RNG f*cking me over.
Tim Shady 13 Oct, 2022 @ 7:40pm
Played and tested in SP for 30 mins working perfectly with 41.77
Tahvohck 12 Sep, 2022 @ 1:09pm
Did anyone ever figure out how to set the standardized XP mods settings on the server instead of the client?
Jo320 14 Aug, 2022 @ 9:36am
It seems like more strenuous things (walking on ice, fighting 2 zombies at once) should give higher XP, while there might be diminishing returns for basic tasks (ie walking slowly shouldn't necessarily make you infinitely nimble) realistically it should be capped
fempuppy 17 May, 2022 @ 1:46pm
I want to know that as well
tiddy 11 Jan, 2022 @ 6:44pm
if I add your standardized XP mods to my server how can I adjust the global settings so everyone has the same rates and they don't just crank the XP gains up all the way? is it automatically done based off the admins mod options or do I need to adjust something manually? great mods btw
Wrench In The Plan 10 Jan, 2022 @ 8:54pm
I've got it installed on my current save and I don't seem to have any problems.
Ulas 10 Jan, 2022 @ 6:49pm
Hey is this mod compatible with the latest update? (41.61)
Ranger Doge 1 Jan, 2022 @ 5:00pm
Hello.

In MP, if the host set a XP rate in his own options, will it set for each player at the server?

Or the XP given is client sided?
Like, if I use 1x each 1000, but a friend uses 5x each 500, will he level much faster?
☭Gordon806☭ 22 Dec, 2021 @ 11:33am
Does this work with the latest update?
Violen 5 Dec, 2021 @ 4:46pm
Omg thank you Conqueror Koala, your comment about how to enable mods on a save is a life saver!
I had assumed(based on how mods function in other games)That i only needed to activate mods at the main menu xD
+respect.

"I believe it can also influence the chance a character will fall over from sprinting into a fence or getting hit by a zombie's burst of speed."

unfortunately its not true, looked into the code and was hoping that was the case, but i was disappointed
only weight traits, clumsy/graceful, fitness and moodles affect it
Wrench In The Plan 20 Nov, 2021 @ 6:27pm
@Angrysquirrel

Nimble influences how quickly a character moves while in a combat stance (aiming a gun or raising a weapon to swing it).

I believe it can also influence the chance a character will fall over from sprinting into a fence or getting hit by a zombie's burst of speed.
Angrysquirrel 20 Nov, 2021 @ 5:48pm
What does nimble do?
ConquerorKoala  [author] 12 Nov, 2021 @ 5:30pm
@Smolcream Happy to please, glad you enjoy the mod!
E_Tgirl 12 Nov, 2021 @ 5:03pm
hey just wanted to pop back in here and thank you again for such a quick response love that this one has the mod options integration as well!
ConquerorKoala  [author] 11 Nov, 2021 @ 1:54pm
@skarvha
Does this work on an existing save?
Yes! It works on existing saves, as long as you enable the mod on your save.
To do this simply:
1) navigate to the main menu
2) click 'load'
3) select your save
4) click 'more...'
5) enable Standardized Nimble XP and ModOptions
6) hit play to finalize it
7) Done! Mod is working and you can change the xp rates in the options menu, on the mods tab.

(Slowly crawling out of comments on sprinting xp)
Thanks for another gamechanger mod. Guess now I can pretty much disable the x3 experience and play vanilla, since I have nothing left behind when leveling.
Huff 10 Nov, 2021 @ 5:25am
Oh my god I've been waiting on a nimble XP balance mod for so long! Thank you for making this.
E_Tgirl 10 Nov, 2021 @ 12:29am
thanks so much! really am going to love this, I don't mind a grind but relying on rng and getting like 5 points of xp in 3 minutes is really not what im trying to do especially for a skill like nimble where it requires constant attention by making you hold keys down with no way of speeding the game up.
