Firstly, you're the one that shamelessly goes around stealing stuff made by better men. All your maps are garbage clickbait built on stolen ideas in the best cases and completely ripped ideas in the worst cases. To you this game is simply a vehicle to feed the warped perception of your own sense of worth and the idea of making things for fun rather than the upvotes has been lost on you for some time, hence the low quality of the maps you make.
Secondly, you do not have the right, nor the intellectual capacity, to sit there and tell me that these units - units that you have uploaded publicly onto the workshop for anyone to use - are somehow restricted.
