It doesn't need to be team colored, don't worry about it. If valve can make "Blue Mew" only blue, this can be purple and pink without any issues.

If you can't team team colored stickers, either make the sticker variations different colors or make the color of all of the stickers something more team neutral.

Before anyone suggests it, team-colors were originally planned, but I couldn't find a single instance of war paints / decorated weapons using team-specific stickers, so it's entirely possible that they aren't supported by the war paint system. I believe Necromanced war paint was even submitted with team-specific stickers (yellow eyes on BLU team) but they went unused.
