You should use fine road tool so the two sections don't automatically join together but this absolutely works

I guess we need a tutorial video on how to connect the roads and make it a two-story road because for me, it had only one story

What about it doesnt work? Been a minute since i launched C:S...

You do need the move-it mod to line up the upper and lower deck. Looks like i forgot to mention that in the description.
