It's Potassium Chlorate! , you dingus. Potassium Chloride is table salt. Potassium Chlorate is a powerful oxidizer, used to combust fuels, and was ultimately succeeded in most applications, such as Rocket Fuel oxidizer, by its slightly less unstable sibling Perchlorate.
