Thanks for posting this Josh! Since I will use the barbarian until I create my own models and animations, I made 3 skins for him -> base without horns / with modified armour (dxt3+alpha both of them); and a wooden shield for surface 2.

May get more interest if you post screen shots of said characters. Just a suggestion.
