@Bruckers because the remote detonator & motion sensor bomb, even vanilla, dont work, they're bugged, fingers crossed for B42 though
Bruckers 18 Nov, 2023 @ 11:50am
Why is this and the propane bomb not usable in multiplayer i get that its unbalanced but also i want to use it on a server with buds
FancyMelon 16 Jun, 2023 @ 8:04am
ah, gotcha. I guess this mod is unique given that it would break your arm if you tried to throw it. Thanks for the swift answer!

@FancyMelon Both. The games Remote detonators/motion sensors are bugged in MP & simply do not function correctly, fingers crossed B42 fixes it
FancyMelon 16 Jun, 2023 @ 7:23am
Hi, quick question about the SP only part of this.

Is this a decision that was made, or simply an incompatibility with MP?

@Gojin bucket of concrete is a vanilla item, concrete powder + a bucket of water but glad you got it working
Gojin 12 Feb, 2023 @ 7:43am
nvm, to get bucket of concrete i use Repair Roads Mod from Bartons, and JANKAMITE IS AWESOME
Gojin 12 Feb, 2023 @ 6:34am
how do i make bucket of concrete? is there any other mod i need to install first?
darkmoriarti  [author] 1 Jan, 2023 @ 10:33am
@Protagonist sounds like someone didn’t read the “SP Only” in the description. Also maybe try to get good & not die 🤷🏻‍♂️

@Nine point eight its the recipe called Combine the Powders, its in the crafting window. Jankamite is a multi step process designed to be both time consuming & require multiple crafting techniques, all the parts can be found in the crafting window

HOW TO MAKE BOOM POWDER?
darkmoriarti  [author] 27 Jan, 2022 @ 12:12am
@zilchentz ah yes of course I’ve not updated for the new map update, apologies I’ll get that fixed ASAP, the recipe is still in your crafting window, the recipe item is more of just a roleplaying item, it’s not needed to make the bomb
Zilchentz 27 Jan, 2022 @ 12:00am
i found the recipe but i cannot read it
Mr Smash 23 Jan, 2022 @ 10:01am
@darkmoriarti Bold of you too assume I wouldn't be using it on my... 'neighbors' doorstep too bring every zombie in the city too dinner
darkmoriarti  [author] 12 Jan, 2022 @ 7:46pm
@Dragoonlord0 at present there is a vanilla bug with triggered explosives not working, as such the code for this will also be bugged till the original code is fixed. Plus I wouldn't recommend explosives this large on a server, unless you know 100% it can handle it without crashing, not just the explosion but the sheer volume of zombies needed to justify using said explosive too
Dragoonlord0 12 Jan, 2022 @ 6:56pm
is this mod up to date with latest MP build and does it work?
Wrench 28 Dec, 2021 @ 4:39pm
time to explode every house in existance
Shas'O-Kais 30 Nov, 2021 @ 4:27am
Need more explosives)) Sad that this require you to be an Engineer :(
Gore 20 Nov, 2021 @ 11:44pm
Yeah - got the same problem with the respawn profession.
MB_Sniper 18 Nov, 2021 @ 7:52pm
noise maker , propane bomb and long rang remote seem to not cause this issue
MB_Sniper 18 Nov, 2021 @ 7:51pm
Havent tried exiting and making new character when loading , also I do not have the option for noengichange , not sure why , I only have the mod itself
darkmoriarti  [author] 18 Nov, 2021 @ 3:15pm
@MB_Sniper huh, that's a new one on me, do you still only get he Engineer option if you quit out & hit new character in the Load game menu? I'll check it out & see if something is not playing nice, are you enabling the NoEngiChange versions of the other standalone? Each individual bomb mod that adds recipes to the profession has a chance to overwrite what you start with (this was why there was a big change to the Better Engineer collection) unfortunately that's the only way to do it without lots of conflicts.
MB_Sniper 18 Nov, 2021 @ 2:53pm
Hey, Im having a weird issue with this mod , I use this and a few other standalone mods you made , I dont use the engineer mod , and this specific mod for some reason , cases me to only get engineer option as profession after I died once , not sure if its a mod conflict or something , but anytime I die after the first respawn , I only have engineer option
draftsman 17 Nov, 2021 @ 1:24am
i tried it but uhhh now i have severe skin burns
for legal reasons this a joke
Angrysquirrel 16 Nov, 2021 @ 6:00pm
"That's right; one can make all kinds of explosives using simple household items... Narrator: Really? Tyler Durden: If one were so inclined."
draftsman 16 Nov, 2021 @ 12:51pm
IM GOING TO TRY IT IN REAL LIFE
darkmoriarti  [author] 16 Nov, 2021 @ 10:42am
@Michał that is incorrect, they don't do a lot but they do damage. ALL my bomb mods use the vanilla code as a base & they do damage, maybe you have a mod conflict causing issues?
Michał 16 Nov, 2021 @ 10:26am
Vanilla bombs do not deal damage to zombies which is a bug in the game
E_Tgirl 16 Nov, 2021 @ 9:11am
thanks for the reply! yeah i think i remember seeing that setting and telling myself i don't want that disable if i ever make a mistake i wanna pay the consequence
darkmoriarti  [author] 16 Nov, 2021 @ 9:07am
@Michał Could you explain that some more? I don't follow what you mean by 'repair' do you mean you want a more powerful explosive?
darkmoriarti  [author] 16 Nov, 2021 @ 9:06am
@Smolcream there is a Sandbox setting for Firespread, although it won't remove the fire damage caused by explosives directly. There's not really a way to remove the fire altogether for the larger bombs, however the small Lightbulb Bomb mod has 0 fire but it only has a single tile range, it was specifically made to prevent burning a whole town down. That's probably the closest to what you're after

Michał 15 Nov, 2021 @ 8:20am
I will be grateful if you create a mod to repair vanilla bombs damage in the game
E_Tgirl 15 Nov, 2021 @ 7:57am
love your mods, would it be hard to add settings to disable the fire starting nature of these bombs? Fire can be both a pro and a con but when used right there's no cons. Just in my solo playthroughs i refuse to use fire as means of killing zombies because its far too easy/powerful for me to justify using myself. Thanks for your work and keep it up!
darkmoriarti  [author] 15 Nov, 2021 @ 3:53am
@Wyr 😅 yes it applies the burnt effect to walls immediately, sadly it doesn’t have the same effect as a sledge, although that is a cool idea
嘻嘻 15 Nov, 2021 @ 3:09am
太棒了 :steamhappy::steamthumbsup:
Wyr 14 Nov, 2021 @ 9:47pm
You mention destroying buildings, but I assume it doesn't actually blow away walls and such and "merely" sets them aflame?
