Yeah I'm really late to the party here but this would fit Halloween more. It's not like Workshop creators can just tell Valve to make something Halloween restricted sadly.

Gonna be honest this feels more in line with a Halloween cosmetic than a winter one. I get the reference but personally Id prefer a version without the chin and fake cheeks
