If its 3d, then yes. If this is just a flat image that doesn't change perspective as you move around the player, then no.

Oh hey, it's "Midnight Grove" except it actually fits the games artstyle and doesn't look like a bunch of those glow-in-the-dark stickers you would put on your cieling as a child.

It is detailed, scenic and the sparkles are a nice touch. This is a great effect and I hope it makes it in.
