@aTsunderBoi: a well working Civ without glaring bugs

Bula Vinaka, the Civ is great and all but if you want two small pieces of advice to improve something which I noticed could be changed to be a bit better.

The Introduction could be "Ni Sa Bula. I am Cakobau, great warrior and Tui Viti. Will you sit with me and share a bowl of Kava?"

Fits the Fijian theme and includes the historical title of the King of Fiji under Cakobau

I just played a game on a Huge Map, 20 Civs, 28 City States, Immortal (7).
Every time I defeated a Barbarian Camp, EVERY city state I had discovered got a bonus.
By the end of the Game I had Alliances with every City State & over 1000 points on most of them. Some were over 2000 points. It was an easy cultural victory before I even got to the information age. I think the CS bonus it too much (Overpowered but fun).

Didn't expect someone to actually make a mod for Viti! Very happy to see this
