It's complicated, but in short I colored blob-shaped models black and placed rain models in front of them after stretching them using collision resizer and advanced bone tool, as well as coloring said rain models and putting glowing materials over them.

What didja use to make the glitch?

i got the dupe and still got errors after i downloaded the 2 addons this needed. please help

Use the physics gun to move the eyelids and mouth, try to keep the flat edge of the mouth inside the head for best results. (Moving the model from place to place too fast will cause it to break apart, so be gentle with it.)

You'll need to press R with the remover tool on the pupils and eyebrows to move them.

You'll also need to pose the parts in their positions individually, It may prove to be a tedious task but the end result is usually worth it.
