Hey Sandboi. Although possible of course, the plan was not to create new variants of clothing. I only planned for the civilians from the DLC to be placed into its own unit tree. Nothing more, nothing less. So no new variants of clothing will be made now or in the future I am afraid.

Mas, you are missing the Western Sahara DLC on your server. It won't work without it as I have stated on this page.

If you mean the class name of the faction, it should be 'Civ_SA'. If that's not what you meant, can you explain? I am not that familiar with Alive features.
