It's now updated for 3.14.15, and has also had its policy text cleaned up a bit

It does still work, though when I tested it I realized that it didn't look great with the default UI, so I'm gonna fix that up a bit and update it to the current version.

Unsub, starting and quitting the game, then resub might work. Also, try it by itself to see if it works. if it does work, then it's a conflict with another mod. If it doesn't work, I'm not sure how to fix that as I am unable to replicate the issue on my end.

That would be cool. 60 is just way too much. Like I said, I felt that the 20 districts and double resources from the first mod was a good balance.

I can look into adding options for Max District increases here, but otherwise the old mods are quite outdated.

Will the old mod get updated? I just liked the 20 extra districts and double job production for my homeworld. Fun and strong, but not as OP as the 60 districts.

You can choose who uses the modifiers separately. The AI only uses them if you want them to, and you can still use them without the AI also using them.

Correction. It wasn't working for gestalt empires. It's fixed now.

very nice idea but when i enact edicts for tier 0 and tier 3 ther is no decision on planet of coresponding trait onl;y tried thos 2 so far
