@RaeNut. You need to work with joints/bones. Need to bind them. The animation itsself is very simple. Wheel for example 720 degrees turning round clockwise every gondola 720 degrees in the other direction. If the animation works in your 3D software you need to make the animation file in unity. There is a tutorial for that on cslmodding website by Ronyx69. If you want I can animate it for you.
