I was taking a look at it a bit more, and it could have to do with the actial geometry, cuz I can see the triangles shad differently when rotating. If you have the mesh file, and wanna share it with me, I could take a look at it. I'll send you a friend request. It would help make it easier to redo the UV mapping if you could also send the texture maps.
If you wanna do it yourself, then what I'd suggest is to look at the actual geometry, and the edge loops around the crease, and see if they're not making a smooth curve, and try deleting them and then bridging the edge loops to recreate the ones that were deleted. That would be what I try first, if it's not that, then I'd say it's 99% chance it's probably the normal map, and then you can try a few things with that.
Don't really know what the source issue is, but they're just off. Other than that, it's very shapely, and I like it!
