very good achievement thank
This exploit works in Legacy Edition. It was the very first thing that I tested. Because of L4D2's inherent differences with how it handles the ledge-grab mechanic, the player must hold the jump key to be able to perform it successfully, and not grab onto the ledge.
The only things that were done to them between versions is that in VS they were removed completely. In early L4D2 version they were also removed. And in later L4D2 version they were patched in, but didn't have per-vertex shadows, and had a push block above them to prevent players from landing on them.
Dato Loco: las cosas que fueron eliminadas en la versión final de los mapas, no fueron recién hechas en l4d2, vienen de los servers competitivos de l4d1
they obviously changed it in short time
Maybe. I'm undecided on whether to do the DLC maps as doing these restoration ports is more time consuming than one might expect. I want to do the main campaigns first. But I would like to do Crash Course, as there are some cool tricks and skips possible in the L4D1 version.
Gracias B)
BUT! When you get to the elevator and look up all the way through elevator ceiling tile when it's fully arrived to the construction site, stay looking up. You can see the pulley ropes on it being misplaced but this can be Valve's doing but you can keep it for the "authenticity" if you want.
Either way really good mod, can't wait to see the others.
