that's correct, this pack was made before the penguin pet was updated, so it no longer works in present versions of the game.

i tried the pack and the penguin in cage looks like the one in buff icon but the penguin pet is not changed. i think this is what other person ment with its not working

I did some tests here, and the pack is working even after restarting the game, the problem might be something on your end.

But there's another possibility, if by "not working" you mean that the animation of the pet seems to be really stiff, that's due to the very simplistic nature of the vanilla texture, only having 3 frames for the pet, 1 being used when it flies, and the other 2 are used when it walks. These frames are also not very noticeable, because the only moving part is the penguins feet.

It doesn't work after restarting the game :P
