@boatfullogoats Hi, may I use your code in my mod?
SinSinSinmoooon 15. apr. 2022 kl. 21:26
@Buffalo I believe this is paradox's problem. This modder simply modified those variables (like buffs that favors your game experience e,g, increasing your tech speed,/your production efficiency etc), not the mechanism of prioritizing logistics.

You should either look into NO STEP BACK's code and change things related to logistic routing/dispatching, or wait for some other modder to release a mod for improving this, or speak to paradox in their official forum.

Note: This mod is incompatible with The New Order mod due to the grid power system in TNO. This mod completely breaks it (grid power is needed to construct anything).

Otherwise this is a good mod that reduces the major supply issues seen after the No Step Back update.

I opened your mod and it seems you have just copied the whole defines and building files and edited some variables in there. As far as I know, you can edit portion of the defines variables and put them into your mod so that it does not conflict other mods that changes defines.

For example, you can make a .lua file with a random name, then write something like this: "NDefines.NProduction.MAX_CIV_FACTORIES_PER_LINE = 20". Then it will simply change one variable and leaving the others intact.

I've really enjoyed this mod so far, it works well in base game however in TNO it makes industry unusable in that mod specifically since they changed how it works.

Hello my friend, I noticed a compatibility problem with your mod and this mod:

thank you
Buffalo 31. dec. 2021 kl. 2:40
did you change the supply given by air supply also?
boatfullogoats  [ophavsmand] 22. dec. 2021 kl. 20:20
I'm not really sure this has something to do with my mod or not, at the least, there is nothing I know of within the defines that will let you prioritize one sector of supply over another, just ones to improve supply as a whole.

Here is the exact changes I made to the supply definitions. Left side is the base game, right side is the mod. The mod buffs both terrestrial supply and supply like hubs, ports, and railways. You could certainly test to see if that bug still persists in the base game.

@boatfullogoats part 2

-Your supply in Congo is now divided by a big amount because the supply came from sudan/egypt (what else maybe neutral turkey then axis europe i don't know cause i've close to ship all mediteranean sea)
-Then you have an useless harbor lvl 10 in Congo cause the supply refuse anymore to come by ship but by a creapy railroad and half world distance, and there are nothing you can do against that

Conclusion : Is there exist a fucky way to prioritized the sea supply? It will be a perfect move because we could forbidden access to different area sea supply, but not terrestrial.

Thanks for your time ser ;)

@boatfullogoats part 1

Thanks for your mod, keep it update <3

I would like discuss with you about a problem that i don't know if it could be fix ( i don't made complicated mods on hoi4 for the moment)

=> Supply looklike be terrestrial prioritized, and it's a big problem when mainland railroad and infrastructure are low or broken.

Exemple :
-You play Belgium/netherland facist and have an harbor lvl 10 in Congo with infra max and railroad max and a logistic node. Supply is good by ship from Holland harber lvl 10, convoy are safe everything good.
-Your dumb friend on France make a railroad lvl 1 from italian sudan that took egypt also to Congo harbor by center/west africa.

@boatfullogoats thanks for the quick fix!
Warp 21. dec. 2021 kl. 11:41
You could just call it "supply nerfed"
boatfullogoats  [ophavsmand] 21. dec. 2021 kl. 11:36
Fixed it, this was due to a game update which added defines to how the AI manages naval taskforces
A992 21. dec. 2021 kl. 7:16
while this mod is great, it unfortunately breaks the naval AI. it divides all of its taskforces into groups of 1 and they never do anything except for sitting in port.
BlueSkidrow™ Legion 11. dec. 2021 kl. 6:03
what exactly has been changed?
Walter 10. dec. 2021 kl. 7:56
does this require the dlc?
brandonmoran1999 1. dec. 2021 kl. 5:58
@owL_Uchina the mod launcher is inaccurately saying it needs an update despite it being updated after the last game update. launchers confusing some people

@Lil Uchicha ?

Thank you for the mod
boatfullogoats  [ophavsmand] 25. nov. 2021 kl. 0:46
I believe the "SUPPLY_FLOW_DIST_LOGISTICS_FALLOFF" define is what made range OP as I misinterpreted that as being additive... Took my best guess to fix it but I am no math major and the equation behind that is a mystery to me.
ᛣ Munin ᛉ 25. nov. 2021 kl. 0:00
Is it possible to double the railway output by simply having it require more trains?
boatfullogoats  [ophavsmand] 24. nov. 2021 kl. 11:32
As said the range penalty is reduced by half... with double supply output that would quadruple the overall effect I assume but playing with the mod a little more I'll consider if I should reduce the range.
Avalon 24. nov. 2021 kl. 11:09
yeah the range is a bit op, but the lower production cost is good.
Shiro 24. nov. 2021 kl. 5:43
The increased supply and reduced construction cost makes sense, but why is the range of supply hubs like 4x the size of what they are in vanilla? That just makes you have almost unlimited supply everywhere...
Titan Methos 24. nov. 2021 kl. 0:06
10,000 is still way to much for supply hubs... they need to be like... 2000....
