For example, completing the psionic ascension path ingame then adding the biological ascension path's requirements manually like this works like charm:
- Engineered Evolution ascension perk ("activate_ascension_perk ap_engineered_evolution")
- Genetic tradition tree adoption (activate_tradition tr_genetics_adopt)
Once you complete the said tradition for the required number of unity, you can build your psi-biological super race. Same goes for the other combinations. Use the console's predictive input (TAB) to see different ID-s you may require.
Btw, I hope Lucasif will update the mod. :)
but 3.6 did change the perks up a bit so not surprising lol

Tested it, when combined with this mod they allow you to genetically modify clone army pops and add psionic.
Thus making brainslugged psionic/erudites clone Admirals.
AND
Genetically optimize a secondary species with Erudite and psionic.
So fantastic Mr. Author.
Totally sweet mod.
Maybe the 3 Ascension paths are in conflict with Synthetic Age?
(The only other mod that does anything to Perks I have is Giga)

Nah, it's great. It's more of how the base game works to deal with multiple assimilation methods as opposed to what your Mod did (which is simply removing the restriction/exclusiveness of the paths). This is exactly what I've been looking for :)
I just did a quick test on a saved game (where I didn't take any of the 3 paths on a normal empire), and did all 3 paths... And you're right :/
Once I've done Synth, I've lost the ability to simply do Transcendent Awakening even if I manually switched to that. My guess is that it'd be the same with Identity Sublimation. What a shame :/
Basically the furthest you can go with this is both Biological ascensions, both Psionic Ascensions, and then the first ascension perk to make you a cyborg. The instant you go synthetic you'll lose access to all biological perks.
I have encountered a small problem though while doing a hive mind playthrough: It is impossible to get the psionic theory and droid tech required for the ascension perks. Could you please add some event or edict or similar mechanic to add those to your researchable techs?
Found a small issue. A teeny tiny issue that isn't stopping me from running it.
With the origin: Teachers of the Shroud.
Vanilla
1. Prevents you from taking Biological ascension
2. Prevents you from taking Sythetic ascension
3. allows you to skip Mind over matter and go straight to transcendence. (once you research psionic theory)
Your mod
1. Allows taking the biological ascension
2. Allows taking the synthetic ascension
3. Does not allow you to skip mind over matter straight to transcendence.
