I had the same issue too, with unique, floating clutter once I destroyed whatever furniture they were on. There is a solution however. I found out using a sledge hammer can destroy floating structures. Hope that helps anyone out there with a similar issue. The mod is really great, and highly recommended. Only tip I give to players who decide on this location as a base is to manage your zombie spawn rate accordingly. It's close proximity to Pony RoamO, means you can be dealing with alot of zeds, so just be weary of that.

I had to uninstall this mod because when I wanted to destroy the desk to make rooms for furnace and other cooking stuff, there were indestructible floating items which were originally put on the desk. Please don't do add decorations stuffs like that I had to delete a +30 hours game.

I was a little too enthusiastic when the creator of AIZ 2.0 gave permission to people for reupload.

You're welcome. Was gonna say no because I don't want to maintain the same mod twice. Then I figured with Little Township I have a gas station nearby (which is the reason I made Ed's in the first place) and then I wanted to play without one at Ed's myself. So thank you. :D
