Report a translation problem
So the trick with this sapper is to place it while the engineer is distracted by something else. Do it right, and the results are devastating. But if the engineer notices the sapper before its timer finishes or has good reaction time, then it's effectively useless. In other words, it functions just like the Spy!
Stat Idea:
+ Sapped buildings explode in a large radius when destroyed, damaging nearby enemies.
+ No obvious particle effects or noises while sapping.
+ Delays Engineer's "sapped building" warning to 2.5 seconds before detonation.
- Does not disable buildings.
- Sapper is removed in one hit.
> Instead of draining a building's health, this sapper has a set timer based on the building it's placed on. This equals the same time it would take to normally sap said building at full health, plus one second.
