It might be possible to open the map in the editor without Anarchy and re-save it locally. That once has worked for me on another map. But for me personally Tree Anarchy is an essential mod without which I couldn't play anyway.
Thank you for the pillar tip, I will try that next time if I encounter the problem!
Also, for those pillars that keep re-appearing, I think that, rather than deleting them, you can use Move It to lower them down so they're buried underground.
