I'm now running into the opposite problem. Every single courtier I recruit is a woman, and I can't assign them to the field I wanted to for my council rendering the decisions a meaningless gold sink :/

Author, I was wondering at that time if this mod would work in harmony with sinews of war. By this I meant that they wouldn't negatively affect each other's ability to function as intended. I honestly have no idea how to look into the mods files to see if they do change the same things because to me, the files just look like video players on my computer. I had no problem with this whatsoever when it came to Ck2 so idk what's the issue lol.

Done. I always update the cooldown decision whitch was 0 days for all decision.
In the future, I will add the option to choose if you want a man, a woman, or one of both.
