something to note, if you enable waves they will not stop spawning until you put in the command to disable wave spawns. i highly suggest using large wave times: 15-30 min.

then use the spawns per cluster and time between wave spawns to create 'mini waves'

also - the command for enabling / disabling wave spawner is :

/MES.Settings.SpawnType.EnableWaveSpawner.Value

replace spawn type with : Creature
replace value with : true

lists each item, along with a command that can be used to edit these values if you can't get access to your configs.

configs are at : %appdata% SpaceEngineers/saves/ there might be another folder to go through to get to your saves. once there

once there : worldname/storage/ModularEncountersSystems

the wave spawner command tells MES to spawn things based on what is in your world configs. for zombies this will be in the creature config file at the bottom.

<EnableWaveSpawner>true</EnableWaveSpawner>
<UseSpecificRandomGroups>
<string>ZombieTRIGGER</string> - will spawn groups of 20-30. use Zombie DAY and Zombie NIGHT for smaller groups


</UseSpecificRandomGroups>
<MinWaveSpawnTime>1980</MinWaveSpawnTime> - min time between waves in seconds
<MaxWaveSpawnTime>3600</MaxWaveSpawnTime> - max time between waves in seconds
<TotalSpawnEventsPerCluster>6</TotalSpawnEventsPerCluster> - number of groups per wave (20-30 for the trigger group)

<TimeBetweenWaveSpawns>8</TimeBetweenWaveSpawns> - time between each group spawning during a wave

<PlayerClusterDistance>15000</PlayerClusterDistance> - all players within this distance will share waves. outside will get their own

I cant seem to spawn them in either it doesnt seem to be working when I use this commad /MES.Spawn.WaveSpawner.Creature when I also increased the number no more than two came

If they dont show up check the AiEnabled.cfg file found under you saved game Storage\2596208372.sbm_AiEnabled

Scroll down and check <AllowedBotSubtypes>

Make sure the bots are listed.

So I'm a little bit confused. I'm trying to get this mod to work, but when I used the Activate Wave Spawner command, a bunch of random enemies spawned instead of just zombies. I got wolves, regular engineers, robots, but 0 zombies. Is that intended behavior?

have not been able to get any mod that spawns npcs or pods or anything to work for some time. I wonder if AIEnabled itself has issues

Drat, was worth asking. But could just imagine hearing that bone chilling scream just before seeing the zombies in the dead of night.

As terrifying as it is to hear it then seeing the reavers ship coming it would have been on a whole other level to hear the scream and you looking around near you and coming face to face with them….

between this mod and the Reavers (early warning scream) it would be heart attack galor...

i wonder what would happen if the zombie would do the same as the Reaver and warn us... is that even posible?
