Reasonable, but seaplanes are kinda hard to make, and then there are amphibious helicopters...

Flaps? Do you mean ailerons or elevators? Also its worked fine for me every time ive used it. Do you give it enough runway?

uhh when i try to use it the flaps on it are very slow and i cant fly it it wont work and i will allways crash
