@WalbrechtGaming Either uninstall everything except BMCE and BMCER and then add mods back one by one or make a collection any mods you have in custom folder or from workshop and then post link to it here

@IKEAShark Could be mod conflict, either uninstall all mods except this and BMCE and start adding them back one by one to see which causes it or mske collection of ALL the mods you are using, no matter if they are installed in custom folder or loaded via workshop, for me to check.

@ꂑꂑꂑꂑꂑꂑ I agree it would be realistic, but we prefer OpFor style HECU look so its not going to get changed. Also I dont do alternative versions of mods so making edit of character manifest where they all use gasmasks isnt planned either.

Fantastic work, but, gas mask soldiers are very rare now. Considering that whole BMRF area is contaminated with freaking alien fauna and meaty aliens teleporting in, it would make sense to encounter only MOPP guys. Lore guide literally confirms that BMRF is not just funded, but straight up under government control, so they obviously knew what they're gonna deal with. Why on earth would they deploy mfs without helmets wearing goofy ahh hats and short sleeves? Really? Because i see mostly them. I would love to see a manifest or another mod with gas mask troops only, really not a fan of this Opposing Force type crap

I like the robogrunts, could you make a mod that replaces all HECU with robots with voices that sound robotic???

I don't understand what I did wrong. I installed everything correctly according to the instructions. However, all HECU operatives, with the exception of the guys in berets, do not have a helmet. And I doubt that this is planned, because... Really all of them? What could be the problem? And how can this be solved? I even tried reinstalling MISC FILE (BMCE HECU Soldier). It did not help

@xxR0xxieR0cks123 No solid ETA unfortunately. The update is more or less design locked and pretty much the only thing still not done for it are the updated gibs but I have been lacking the motivation to do those.

@Glo_denP29#SaveTF2 Robogrunts dont spawn randomly by default for some level of gameplay balance, so you will need to either check the character manifest for the name of any robogrunt entry, then spawn HECU (any HECU) in game, give it that name with console commands (I dont remember how to do that but I know its possible), save the game and reload that save and robogrunt should appear. Or alternatively, edit the character manifest to add one or more entries using name npc_human_grunt and robogrunt model and then go in game and spawn some regular HECU.

This mod is freaking amazing, not only it makes the story more interesting but also makes it more realistic. Thank you.
Btw, since there is a robogrunt from Half Life 1. I don't know how to see the model through ent_create command, because i've been trying to spawn it but nothing happens.
Having a helping hand about this problem is good.

@Game Dweller This mod still doesnt affect maps in anyway, and only way this kind of bug can happen is if there is something wrong with the map. Try running the game without ANY mods to see if it still happens (start new game to test it) and if it still happens make a bug report in Crowbar Collectives discord server. Otherwise keep adding mods one by one to see which causes it.

I tried both your suggestions, neither worked. It keeps saying "CScene Entity OpenSiloDoors_SCI01 Unable to find actor named "SCI01_SiloDoors" same thing with the guard who's suppose to die. the scientist never runs up to the window and the guard never dies.

@This is either map issue or related to Improved Choreography. If putting Improved Choreography in custom folder and unsubscribing from it doesnt help, try verifying integrity of the game.

it's not the animations, the cut scenes just straight up don't play. I open the console and it says that the actors can't be found or something along those lines. and yes I am using the improved choreography mod as well.

@Game Dweller This mod doesnt edit maps or those scenes, if you mean the anims are bugged then you might want to try putting Improved Choreography in custom folder if you are using that mod.

Am I doing something wrong? Some of the cutscenes after office complex aren't working, like the one at the beginning of WGH and the Guard that gets obliterated by the tentacle in Blast Pit and probably others later on. Pls tell me if there's a fix for this.

@dare Unless adding detail overlays on a model disabled blood decals, some models indeed just dont get blood rendered on them. Usually this is for purposes of preventing crashing since rendering decals on really high poly model can and usually will result in crashes.
