I feel like mana regen band might work better as a trinket, but that's just me

you could add some of the mage weapons and certain melee weapons as tear effects, although some of them should be worse than the base tears to balance the pool out. very cool mod tho

Some ideas for items:

Sweet Astral - "Your strangest friend!" (The Stars Above)
An cute girl (https://forums.terraria.org/index.php?attachments/newstarfarers-png.345539/ - The blue one) identifies secret rooms and super secret rooms, reacting with various faces letting you know if you're getting gold or trash! (Has a special reaction with Tainted Judas and certain items!)

Dragon's Feather - "This is my Message to my Master..." (Calamity)
Summons a fire-breathing dragon(?) by your side! Can be upgraded with the Sewing Machine mod

Forgotten One's Tome - "Lurk beneath" (Thorium)
3-Room Charge / Gain immunity to damage, but your movement is slowed, but enemies better beware, because if enough damage is taken to the shell, it explodes!

yea a few of these are really op, you should add more items and rebalance the current ones

Star Cloak is WAY too op. I think it should be like 10% chance for the effect to trigger.

Yo Add more items pls like mana flower which could full recharge active items after use but takes money or health etc
