Sorry to the late reply! The answer is... Probably not? I feel my dev skills aren't up to par for normal versions of characters yet and even if they were, Cleffa with a full move set would be difficult to conceive... Not impossible though! Don't count on it but who knows what'll happen. Thanks for checking my mod out though! I'm still gonna try to make more mods as well as maybe updates to this one in the future too~!

say, will there be a normal version for cleffa?
