First of all the name should be changed to the high-landers hellraiser or something similar, and then maybe make it act like a shot gun, but with dynamite. It would act like a normal grenade launcher, except you have to load each shot like an actual shotgun. Then maybe the dynamite could explode if it touches players while rolling, or some other buff to balance it out.

I think that rather than being a loch'n'load reskin, it should be the loch'n'load with a fuse function like the loose cannon. Great design, too, but the handle thing on the left should move like shooting a sticky bomb.
