Actually, I agree with kvenom, his stats are closest to be real in the game, especially the bleeding and inability to use this wrench, when user is ignited(bamboo is highly flammable, no duh)
And yes, make the mod, please, because this is one very intrigueing wrench for engie.

jason has some good ideas but, i think a better idea would be
The Renchi Setsuzoku (The Wrench Connection) Stats: Pros: Can take 10 hits before breaking (i'll get to that later) -30% Explosive Damage. -75% Natural Damage. +20% Speed while on fire. Cons: +45% fire, bullet damage. Broken Pros: On hit makes target bleed for 5 seconds, but cant upgrade machines and repairs less. taunt...some form of seppuku or something along those lines of him stabbing himself, lose half current-not total-health and get min-crits
