yeah i first thought I could have 2 per window, but then it would have been twice what it is!
And besides that I thought (I suspect even the shape of the building suggests it), that for example the windows left of the main stairwell correspond to shared amenities, kitchens, showers, etc.

Usually Dorms are shared rooms. But also you have kitchens and bathrooms and utility rooms and so on This is perfect. :)

yeee ^^

I wonder if I didn't give it a too big capacity, it was calculated as 1 per window, excluding like the ground floor windows and some columns, like on the sides, and next to the stair well etc.
But anyway, I'm happy that you liked it :) more 1930s stuff should be on their way :)

For the little precision, this university is located in Moscow indeed, and was named after Yakov Sverdlov, one of the most celebrated and influential Bolsheviks and heroes of the Revolution, who died of the Spanish flu in 1919, another bright mind who would be direly missed in the subsequent years of Socialist construction. The city of Sverdlovsk was renamed in his honor. Now that the dark Reaction is back in power in Russia, it was given back its Czarist name :(
