No, you will need to parent it to the skeleton (bones) and then either assign vertex groups manually, or use weight painting. If you dont know how, you can find some tutorials, ther are alot of them.

Hmm, and to rig it properly, I'd have to attach the model to the bone with ctrl+j, or???

As long as you rigged it to the proper bone, and marked that bone as $bonemerge in the QC, it should work fine

Any tips for adding world models?
I've been trying to add world models for your ports in my mod. What I'm doing is decompile the vanilla ones, decompile your models too, use the smd from your models and replace the smd from the vanilla world model. It's working, but they are appearing on the ground. Is there an easier way to tweak it or do I really have to manually adjust it in blender until it fits properly?

Yea thats a fault of some of my weapon mods (and possibly other people's) if the foregrip mounting point is reversed. I will be fixing it, not sure when, but hopefully soon :P

just noticed - the foregrip is reversed when attached on to an m16 and the mk18
