The first section on a ship should change model.

Hi, possibly a silly question: The description says there are multiple classes for some ship types. But how do you change between them in the game itself? When I start a new game, for example (or do a console command to research all techs) I only see one per ship type.

Which set? If you pop onto our Discord server with some screenshots I might be able to take a look. If it's a set released by someone else though, might not be much I can do.

I have been having an issue playing this ship set where I have access to modules from another star trek ship set that other empires in my game have as well! They just display as glitched boxes, any advice?

Yeah, that's intentional for STNC at least. The circle is added on the map version because it's handled by the third background colour on the regular/small.

The icon hadn't been in there before, so that got added in somewhere along the line (wasn't there previously when I was fiddling around after the romulan shipset update)

When in empire creation, the Klingon insignia is just the three curved triangle things. When zooming out on the galaxy map, it shows it with the circle around it.

interesting, the icon when in the section to chose it doesn't show the circle around the insignia, but on the map it does.

No delay. The new ship class just uses one of the existing corvette models.

Suggestion for both the Klingon and Romulan shipsets: ask for permission to the creator of the mod Federation Builders: Ships and Cities ( https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2032118923 ) to use his Juggernaut model -- a little recolor and maybe a tweak here and there and voilá! We have a Klingon/Romulan shipset. What you think of this idea?

Might just be load order or something, but i didnt see it in my shipset at all on first launch, then the second time the shipset was just some vanilla one (it could also be that i deleted my mod files and they didnt reinstall, i redid all my subs just in case)

Procyon - TBH I'd use the portraits from my own total conversion mod if I were going to do that. Not sure if I want to conflate the two though - ideally these sets are low-maintenance.

Devil - no idea about down scale. I didn't even know there was an *NSC2*, if that tells you what you need to know about NSC6. ;)

Spectral - should be compatible with all the DLC. At least, that's how I test it.

Don't want this to sound snippy (honestly, I know that perfection here would mean compatibility with every other mod without issue) but I only test these ship packs against the vanilla game. It's impossible to keep up with the changes that other modders might make, especially when they change vanilla as much as some do.

About Battleships - I didn't try them in game by myself, I use this shipset for another AI empire, so I noticed this problem on page where you choose shipset for empire in empire constructor.
I should say, that I use many other different mods and shipsets, so maybe it's not your problem, but some mod conflict, but this problem appears only with this shipset. If everything on your side works well, then nevermind, it's mod condlict somewhere.

Oh Tarkus - I tried to see the issue with the Battleship you mentioned, but couldn't spot it.

What sections are you using when you see that?

Tarkus - The JeH'jhong have added elements at the bottom and are scaled to match their appearance as the Regent's Flagship (which is huuuuge). The Negh'var is only slightly bigger than the Vor'Cha.

Exile - I'll keep that in mind. :) Probably won't do much with 32nd century stuff. As a matter of æsthetics I'm not a fan.

Baka - not sure what'd cause a CTD there! This shipset doesn't have any GUI changes in it...

Really like the look of the mod so far, just sad it doesn't seem to be compatible with UI Dynamic Overhaul. Using just these two mods, tried loading with with either one on top of load order but CTD's regardless. Still going to play the mod though!
