This might work without repentance but I wasn't sure cause I've never made a mod before. If someone can confirm it works without it I'll remove the required dlc thing.

Dev can add it as a possible 1/2 chance instead of guarenteed fight for satan?I know Isaac script allows for deep changes like that. (If you run into spamton you face spamton - you run into satan you face satan)
