The only way to get it back in Steam is selecting this beta branch. 😉
There may be some gmod guides that have other ways of doing so, but that's what I found and that's what I assume the main cause is.
Exceptions are Portal-like maps and cartoonish maps, that need TF2.
CS:GO is very heavy to have installed just for 1 or 2 maps. This also goes to L4D2.
This type of thing is nothing new for Garry's Mod, and I'm honestly surprised you haven't seen other maps do this as I found about 3 just from browsing for a minute or two.
But... CSGO? Dude... Seriously?
Download ~25 Gb (or even more) just for 1 map?..
@erncolin I decided to make my own after seeing someone do a walkthrough of it. 9732 is one of the best projects I've seen without a doubt. Quentin Lengele, the creator of it, definitely takes the cake in terms of anything close to an accurate videogame representation of Bladerunner. The old 1997 game does it some justice too, though.
