Actually...Would it be...well...
the vanilla-ish mod requires the original dryad mod. In order to work, you will need this mod and the other 2. Which i find weeeeiiiirrrd.
But as @Ricefrog said, its a submod for a submod. And i've played a fuckton of total war warhammer, so i know how it feels to see that stuff. Either way, your version looks better than the vanilla-ish version in my opinion.

It doesn't require any dlc, it's literally just a retexture of a retexture, the only dependency is that on the original retexture, which in if itself requires warhammer dryad mod...
Its a color scheme. Not a necessity of the DLC.
Unless its a legit requirement posted by the author, it doesnt require the Royalty DLC.
You folks could also just ping the author and ask @Seti
